Fundraisers

St. Mary’s School holds a number of fundraisers throughout the school year. The money earned from these events is used to help fund special projects around the school or purchase items from the school’s wish list. Not only do these events help school staff provide the best education possible to their students, they are a great way for the school and Church communities, as well as the community at large, to come together for some family fun.

3rd Annual  Bells & Blessings Benefit Auction

This exciting Auction and Dinner will be held in the evening on December 9, starting at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $75 each, $135/couple, or $650/table of 10.  Tickets include semi-formal dinner catered by Rita B’s, open bar, games, silent and live auction participation.

In the past auction items have included, golf and wine packages, chartered fishing trips, theater and restaurant certificates, sports memorabilia, vehicles, trips and much more!

Christmas Bazaar

The bazaar will be held on December 2, 2017 from 8-1:00.  This year we will have breakfast with Santa, toy and model train displays, popular vendor tables, wreaths, a boutique corner, baked goods table, hot food, children’s games, $60,000 raffle ticket sales, craft room, and Santa’s Secret Workshop for students.

$60,000 Raffle

Our annual $60,000 raffle begins in September.  20 drawings (adding up to $60,000) will be held from October though March with the Grand Prize drawing of $20,000 that will be drawn at the Spring event in March.  Winning tickets are pulled, notified, and returned to the bin to be included in all drawings.  A maximum of 2,000 tickets will be sold.  Tickets are $100 each — you may purchase tickets individually or get a group to go in together on a ticket!

Tickets are also sold after all Masses at St. Mary’s Bryantown Church.

Spring Event

Presented by St. Mary’s Bryantown Church & School & the Greater Waldorf Jaycees, is held in the early spring each year. Next year’s event will be held on March 3, 2018.

Spring Mulch Sale

St. Mary’s Bryantown holds a Spring Mulch Sale. Orders are placed February through March. Pick up is held at the school in March. Free delivery is available for orders of 50 or more bags. For more information, please contact the school at 301-932-6883 or 301-843-3387.

Annual Golf Classic

Please join us for the St. Mary’s Bryantown School Golf Classic to benefit the School’s Operating Budget on Friday, May 12, 2017. We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Swan Point Yacht and Country Club in Issue, MD (www.swanpointgolf.com).

The event will include a 4-person scramble, putting contest, longest drive, and closest to the pin for both Men and Women. We will have Hole-In-One contests on all Par 3’s. Catered lunch will be served with an awards reception and Silent Auction following the golf.
