How to Register

 

2017-2018 School Year

Registrations for the 2017-2018 school year are beginning on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited openings are available in most classes. Pre-K-3 students must be 3-years-old by September 1, 2017; Pre-K-4 students must be 4-years-old by September 1, 2017; Kindergartners must be 5-years-old by September 1, 2017; and first-grade students must be 6-years-old by September 1, 2017. Bus transportation is available free of charge for all students living in the T.C. Martin Elementary School District.  See Transportation for more information.

New Students

New students must provide a birth certificate, Baptismal certificate (if Catholic), and immunization records. Applicants for grades 1 through 8 must provide the most recent report card and standardized test results. A $100 registration fee per child, a $50 admissions fee per child, and First month’s tuition is required at registration. Note: Registration Fees, Curriculum Fees, First Month’s tuition, and all other fees are non-refundable. Families with ONLY Pre-K students are the only families exempt from Major Event and Volunteer Service Commitments.

Returning Students

Returning families should have received an email with information on how to re-register online through TADS for your family.

Before and After Care

We offer a Before and After Care program that runs from 6:30 AM to 8:45 AM and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at school. All families wishing to use this program will need to fill out a registration packet which is available in the office and may pay online through TADS.
