How to Register

New family registration for the 2012-2013 school year is beginning on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited openings are available in most classes. Pre-K students must be 4-years-old by September 1, 2012; Kindergarteners must be 5-years-old by September 1, 2012; and first-grade students must be 6-years-old by September 1, 2012. Bus transportation is available for all students in the T.C. Martin Elementary School District.

 

New students must provide a birth certificate, Baptismal certificate (if Catholic), and immunization records. Applicants for grades 1 through 8 must provide the most recent report card and standardized test results. A $100 registration fee per child and one month's tuition is required at registration. Note: Registration Fees, Curriculum Fees, First Month's tuition, and all other fees are non-refundable. Families with ONLY PreK students are the only families exempt from Major Event and Volunteer Service Commitments.

 

New Students need to fill out the Admission Application: Page 1 must be filled out for each student; the rest of the packet should be filled out per family.

 

If you are enrolling a PreK student, please fill out the Admissions Application and complete the PreK Information packet.

 

Returning Students need to fill out the Re-Registration Application: Page 1 must be filled out for each student; the rest of the packet should be filled out per family.

 

All families need to fill out the Financial Packet, which is available in the main office.
