St. Mary's is a Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade school. We offer a comprehensive and challenging curriculum. In addition to the core content courses, we offer Religion, Art, Music, Physical Education, Spanish, Computer Technology and Media Curriculum. We also have Accelerated Reading and Math which is available to all of our students. We also offer instrumental band, drama, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) programs. We offer a sports program in volleyball, soccer, basketball, softball, and track along with the other Catholic schools in the area. We have been providing an excellent, Catholic education for over 95 years to the students of Bryantown and surrounding areas.

 

The Archdiocese of Washington, DC has mandated that all teachers will be certified to teach within three (3) years of their date of hire. St. Mary's is proud to have certified, experienced and dedicated teachers on our faculty. Staff is always engaged in professional development. We also have several teachers who hold Masters degrees in education.
